In Portland, Oregon, the Boy Scouts of America some 4,500 pages of secret "perversion files" released by order of the Oregon Supreme Court, their maneuvers protected suspected sexual predators while victims suffered in silence. The new files from Scout headquarters in Texas dated back to the 1920s.
