Andorra imposed withdrawal limits for clients of Banca Privada d'Andorra (BPA), a bank accused of money laundering. Spain's central bank said that Banco de Madrid SA, a unit of the Andorran bank, needs bankruptcy protection granted by a judge following a "sharp deterioration" of its finances with large withdrawals of clients' funds.
